This is one spectacular puffer!! it is a NWT current season ROA Heavy Long Down Coat.....even though it's actually not heavy at all. It is a lightweight nylon fabric and has been overstuffed with 900 fill goose down and is like a big puffy balloon. The coat is a size L but is oversized with the following measurements:

length: 37" collar to hem
 
sleeves: 31" collar to cuff
